Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Commerce or equivalent. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Proficient with Microsoft office and preferably with SAP and BPC knowledge Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good team player.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Handle full set of accounts
- Prepare monthly management reports, budget and entity reporting package
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Prepare GST returns
- Prepare tax computation
- Perform daily accounting duties (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accruals, Banks etc)
- Process staff expenses claims and reimbursement
- Monthly inter-companies' reconciliations and related projects and costs billing
- Statutory accounting compliance including ACRA annual filing of returns
- Liaison with overseas offices
- Handle audit and tax queries
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
