Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide study abroad consulting services based on company guidelines.
• Understand client background and needs to design suitable study plans.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting application and visa materials.
• Maintain and follow up with clients, develop new leads, and meet performance targets.
• Support brand promotion and attend company marketing events.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents — most clients are from China, so the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both students and their parents is important.

Job Requirements :

Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM

Saturday and Sunday : Off

Work Location : Macpherson MRT
