Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver initiatives successfully within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers and partners.
• Mentor and support team leads and managers to build high-performing, collaborative teams.
• Oversee project planning, resource management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing scope and change effectively.
• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Provide regular progress reports and status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement across all initiatives.
