Air Operation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage airfreight operation team
• Ensure smoothy operations and good customer services.
• Execution of MAWBs and HAWBs (Direct and consolidation shipment)
• Manage airline FWB / FHL submission
• Follow up and processing of shipment with shipment status and revert to agents / clients
• Do all necessary documentation for all shipments and plan for collection and delivery of shipments with contractors in order to meet flight closing time.
• To ensure all COD customers payments are collected prior to release airwaybill / delivery to customer.
• Attend to all messages pertaining to operation matters.
• Responsible to oversee airfreight import and export billing to clients and agents
• Closing of all airfreight import and export job files promptly to meet month end closing
• Maintain good relations with all customers and agents to ensure good customer services.
• Ensure profitability for businesses secured with regular review with management.
• Support customer services and pricing team on air operational issues
• Any other official duties assign by Management.

Qualifications :

5.5 days work (alternate weekend upon confirmation)

Working hour : 1pm to 10pm (Weekday) and 11am to 3pm (Weekend)
