Roles & Responsibilities

Job Decription :

• Manage recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle end-to-end work pass processes including applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.
• Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the system.
• Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, where applicable.
• Manage and monitor employee time attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking of working hours, leaves, and punctuality, while coordinating with payroll
• Carry out miscellaneous HR-related duties and support cross-functional teams on an as-needed basis.
