Roles & Responsibilities
Procurement
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Support sourcing through market research and supplier engagement.
- Assist evaluation committees and provide recommendation reports.
- Advise and guide department associates on procurement matters.
Office Administration
Manage office supplies and services.Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and staff onboarding equipment.Maintain relationships with suppliers.Facilities Management
Coordinate with FM team and suppliers to fulfill facility requirements.Review service reports and completed works.Attend quarterly meetings with FM team to track progress.Information Technology
Provide administrative support for IT and communication systems.Coordinate IT-related works with suppliers.Other Duties
