Responsibilities

1. Enquiries mailboxes :

• Triage 9 mailboxes via Feedback Management System
• Respond to enquiries from registrants, Members of Public covering registration, practising certificate renewal, continuing professional education, complaints and General enquiries.

2. Pledge Ceremonies :

2. Support divisions in reviewing draft circulars and dissemination of circulars / notices

3. Admin and any other duties as assigned by supervisor : assist officers to prepare documents for procurement of events management and design services, sending of corporate e-greeting cards.
