Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Order and replenish pantry supplies and office consumables.
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and vendor support.
  • Supervise contractors and service providers for office upkeep.
  • Handle office fault reports and arrange repairs.
  • Manage local and international courier services.
  • Maintain office contact lists and distribute mail.
  • Handle petrol / charging cards and check monthly mobile phone bills.
  • Assist with purchase requisitions and other office needs.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
