Role
What
You'll Do :
Drive new business by identifying opportunities and
generating leads via cold calling, networking, and
referrals.
Manage and grow existing client
accounts while developing a strong sales pipeline.
Craft impactful proposals, presentations, and marketing
materials to support business development.
Analyze customer needs and industry trends to hit sales
targets and support long-term strategies.
Build lasting relationships with customers, partners, and
agents built on trust and professionalism.
Handle the full sales and service process including
quotations, RFQs, and post-sales service recovery.
Respond swiftly and accurately to customer inquiries on
quotes, service issues, and discrepancies.
Contribute to business improvement through participation
in continuous development
initiatives.
What
We're Looking
For :
Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight
Forwarding .
Solid understanding
of freight forwarding workflows and procedures.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with
proficiency in presentation tools.
Proven
record of meeting sales targets and building customer
rapport.
A positive, customer-focused attitude
with the ability to thrive under pressure and negotiate confidently
in B2B
environments.
