Marketing & Sales Manager (Korean Speaking)

Roles & Responsibilities

The Marketing & Sales Executive will lead and manage all sales and technical marketing activities for our savory ingredients portfolio. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and providing technical expertise to customers. The Director will work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure our products meet market demands and customer expectations.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Develop relationship with the assigned customer base in the food industry.
• Communicate customer developments and company positioning to internal stakeholders as directed.
• Develop and implement key account strategies which drive and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Differentiate CJ by effectively communicating value at multiple levels and departments in the customer organizations to include purchasing, nutrition and health production and operations.
• Build and maintain relationship with customers, industry influencers and key strategic partners within the food industry.
• Act as the primary technical expert for savory ingredients, providing in-depth product knowledge and application support to customers.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop innovative savory solutions and customize products based on customer needs.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops for clients and industry partners.
• Address and resolve customer technical inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify key industry trade shows and attend to represent the company.
• Achieve revenue budget and growth targets through strong tactical implementation.
• Coordinate sales activities across multi-disciplinary teams including but not limited to marketing, supply chain, and technical service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the savory food industry.
• Utilize market insights to refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales approaches.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues while protecting company assets and interests.
• Perform other duties as needed.
