Job Title : Service Crew
Location : Yanhuo Restaurant, 22 Cross Street
Job Scope
As part of the Yanhuo front-of-house team, the Service Crew plays a key role in delivering warm hospitality and smooth dining experiences. Responsibilities include :
- Guest Service : Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Order Taking : Present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and accurately record orders.
- Food & Beverage Service : Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Table Management : Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables throughout service.
- Clearing & Resetting : Clear used dishes and reset tables for the next guest efficiently.
- Payment Handling : Process billing accurately and handle payments through POS system.
- Team Support : Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Service Standards : Uphold Yanhuo’s hospitality values of warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism.
Job Requirements
Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred but not essential (training provided).Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.Good command of English; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Passionate about food, people, and creating memorable guest experiences.Tell employers what skills you have
