Location : Yanhuo Restaurant, 22 Cross Street

Job Scope

As part of the Yanhuo front-of-house team, the Service Crew plays a key role in delivering warm hospitality and smooth dining experiences. Responsibilities include :

• Guest Service : Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Order Taking : Present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and accurately record orders.
• Food & Beverage Service : Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Table Management : Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables throughout service.
• Clearing & Resetting : Clear used dishes and reset tables for the next guest efficiently.
• Payment Handling : Process billing accurately and handle payments through POS system.
• Team Support : Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Service Standards : Uphold Yanhuo’s hospitality values of warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism.
