About the Role
We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying, pursuing, and nurturing client opportunities. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to bring in new business while ensuring existing relationships remain strong.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across AEK Media’s service offeringsDeveloping and executing outreach strategies to connect with potential clientsCoordinating the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including pitching, proposals, and negotiationsCo‑ordinating internal marketing efforts with the in‑house marketing teamMaintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring solutions align with business goalsCollaborating with internal teams to provide clients with seamless service and exceptional resultsTracking and measuring business development KPIs to inform future strategiesMaintaining and optimising our CRM platform (HubSpot)Organising internal and external events, creating and managing social assets and accountsMild PA duties : answering calls, diary and email management, general office duties, meeting managementAbout You
You’re a relationship builder with a knack for uncovering opportunities and turning conversations into action. You thrive in a dynamic, results‑driven environment and are motivated by contributing to a bigger mission.
You Should Have
