Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a fine-dining team aiming for Michelin-star excellence. If you have strong leadership skills, a love for refined service, and can speak Mandarin or Japanese (preferred).
✅ Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
- Ensure top-tier guest service & personalized dining experience
- Lead staff recruitment, training & performance
- Manage reservations, table plans & VIP guests
- Work closely with chefs & HQ to align vision
- Plan seasonal events showcasing Japanese culture
- Maintain cost control, safety, and hygiene standards
✅ Requirements :
3+ years in fine-dining or luxury restaurant managementStrong leadership & communication skillsKnowledge of wine, sake, and Japanese cuisine is a plusPOS & reservation system experienceAbility to communicate in Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage to liaise with customers from Mandarin or Japanese speaking markets✅ Job Details :
