Job Description & Requirements

Job Scope :

• Able to produce bread / buns on schedule
• Assist in preparations of bread and other items
• Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products
• Monitoring, checking, and receiving stocks for baking ingredients
• Responsible to maintain the premises of the baking area in a neat and hygienic manner
• Practice good housekeeping & workplace / kitchen safety awareness
• Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery functions
• Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required
• Be responsible for the staff scheduling and material management of the store
• Maintain the brand image of the store in accordance with the company's requirements, carry out daily work.
• Be responsible for the cost control of the store;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leaders.
