Job Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads and team leads to manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to preparing offers and overseeing onboarding and offboarding.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support recruitment initiatives, branding, and talent pipeline building.
- Manage employee relations matters, including performance improvement, grievance handling, disciplinary issues, and engagement activities.
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to enhance communication, engagement, and performance.
- Support staff engagement activities, including facilitation and documentation.
- Assist in performance management processes and reviews.
- Participate in HR system implementation, testing, and improvements.
- Contribute to HR-related projects, surveys, and administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline with relevant HR experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Positive attitude with adaptability to organizational culture.Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) will be an advantage.If you are interested in the position, do kindly drop your most updated resume to kaileylee@recruitexpress.com.sg
