• Implement a fair, reasonable, and effective system of rewards and penalties that fosters teamwork and maintains good discipline among staff.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service quality and improve communication skills.
• Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
