We are seeking an E-Commerce Strategy Lead (POD Leader) to drive program success and lead a cross-functional POD team across e-commerce, marketing, and operations.
The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of experience in product management or e-commerce, with strong business acumen and leadership skills. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy for international brands while managing execution end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a POD team, ensuring workload, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
- Define the marketing, branding, and e-commerce strategy based on data and market insights.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across team functions to ensure coherent plans and smooth execution.
- Prioritize day-to-day actions to ensure consistent progress toward goals.
- Review POD resourcing and raise concerns where additional support may be needed.
- Consolidate team reports into actionable executive-level insights.
- Serve as the point of contact for client needs, ensuring commercial considerations are reflected in all recommendations.
Qualifications
5–7 years’ experience in e-commerce, product management, marketing, or program management.Strong business acumen and judgment;Prior experience communicating with international stakeholders is an advantage.Excellent planning, organizing, problem-solving, and project management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Professional-level English; additional APAC languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese) or other major global languages are a plus.Background in product management, particularly within e-commerce, will be highly valued.Why Join?
