Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team. This role provides valuable, hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of HR functions, offering an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of recruitment activities, including part-time hiring and interview scheduling.
• Contribute to retail store recruitment and internship coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR systems.
• Support payroll preparation by checking timesheets and compiling required documentation.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Support administration of employee benefits, rewards, and training programs.
• Assist in performance management and learning & development initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for company events and recruitment-related activities.
• Support workplace safety & health programs and corporate compliance matters.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives where required.
• Provide general HR and administrative support.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
