About the role :

We are looking for an Intern / Associate, HR who is strong in tech tools and excited to drive the review and implementation of AI tools to enhance our HR productivity; comfortable with numbers and has a keen eye for details to help strengthen data compliance, and the tenacity to work on multiple concurrent HR projects.

Successful candidate will be mentored by a caring and experienced HR team where you will gain valuable experience and knowledge and have the opportunity to drive interesting projects independently.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Drive the review, testing, and implementation of AI tools to enhance HR productivity and efficiency.
• Support HR data management and compliance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
• Contribute to and coordinate multiple HR projects simultaneously, providing support across various HR functions as needed.
