RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide pre-sales support / consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate mannerDiagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and applying the best solutions to resolve technical issuesProviding technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardwareCreating technical documentation and manuals to assist other team members and usersSupport on new product certifications and renewalsProvide support on company’s Warranty Entitlement and Claim systemREQUIREMENTS
