In this role, you'll work

closely with both candidates and clients - understanding needs,

finding the right matches, and making the hiring process as smooth

as possible. You'll get exposure to high-profile clients, diverse

What you'll be

doing : Build expertise

in your assigned industry and handle full-cycle

recruitment

Partner with clients to understand

their needs and plan effective hiring strategies

Manage recruitment projects, including talent pipelining

and urgent hiring

Build lasting relationships

with both clients and candidates

Support

candidates through the offer and onboarding

stages
