Job Overview
Looking for a driven and results-oriented Relationship Manager – Invoice Financing to join the growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of SME clients, providing tailored invoice financing solutions to support their business growth. You will be at the forefront of building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This is a high-impact role suited for individuals with strong communication, financial acumen, and a passion for helping businesses thrive through innovative financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, build, and manage a portfolio of SME clients for invoice financing solutions.
- Drive business development through proactive client outreach (calls, emails, digital platforms, and networking).
- Onboard new clients from partner ecosystems with support from the business development team.
- Understand client financing needs, structure solutions, and present value propositions effectively.
- Monitor client accounts, track performance, and maintain regular engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, product) to deliver a seamless onboarding and financing experience.
- Achieve and exceed performance KPIs including lead conversion, portfolio growth, and client retention.
- Keep accurate records of all outreach, interactions, and progress within CRM tools for transparency and follow-up.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration , or a related discipline.1–3 years of relevant experience in SME financing, trade finance, corporate banking, or financial services (preferred, but strong fresh graduates may be considered).Excellent verbal and written communication skills ; confident in outbound calls, client presentations, and negotiations.Strong business development mindset with proven ability to meet sales / portfolio targets.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess client needs and propose tailored financing solutions.High level of initiative, persistence, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role.Familiarity with invoice financing, trade finance, or lending products will be an advantage.Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes along with a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and achievements to apply79@talentvis.com or click apply now!
