• Minimum diploma or equalent qualification
• Minimum 3+ years working experience
• oversees and coordinates all aspects of a construction project,
• ensuring it's completed safely, on time, and within budget,
• managing workers, materials, and subcontractors, and enforcing safety protocols.
• Accomplish project goals by defining scope and purpose of the project,determining required resources, allocating resources, establishing protocols andstandards, scheduling staff, resolving design problems, evaluating deadlineestimates and adjusting as needed, and implementing change orders
• Fulfill human resource needs by hiring, training, scheduling, assigning, coaching,and disciplining employees; adhering to procedures and policies; recommendingcompensation; and communicating job expectations
