Job

Description

Reporting to the Finance

Director, you will : Oversee full

spectrum of finance & HR functions, including accounting,

reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Ensure

compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax

regulations, and regulatory requirements

Manage month-end and year-end closing, delivering

accurate financial statements and reports

Partner with internal and external auditors, addressing

findings and strengthening compliance

Prepare

budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning and business

decision-making

Monitor cash flow and project

financial performance, ensuring milestone cost and revenue

recognition

Lead and mentor a team of

accountants, fostering capability development and continuous

improvement

Drive process and system

enhancements to improve efficiency, controls, and financial

accuracy

Present financial insights clearly to

senior leadership, supporting business growth and

strategy

The Successful

Applicant

Degree

in Accounting / Finance, with CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional

qualification

Minimum 10 years' finance

experience, preferably in industrial or construction-related

sectors

Strong expertise in project

controlling, milestone-based cost tracking, and revenue

recognition

Solid understanding of accounting

standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements

Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience

managing finance teams.

Confident in preparing

and delivering financial presentations to senior

leadership
