Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects
- Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support
- Oversee the accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely collection and payments
- Manage the financial reporting and auditing processes for construction projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
