Responsibilities
Ensure overall smooth operations of the accounting team
and maintain efficient workflows.
Review team
tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with
deadlines.
Manage client relationships by
fostering long-term engagement and loyalty.
Oversee document collection scheduling from clients; e.g.
sending reminders for quarterly GST filings, arrange, monitor, and
oversee the collection and safekeeping of client documents to
ensure accountants can complete work on time.
Coordinate with the company secretary and HR department
to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
Implement and maintain internal controls, providing
recommendations to support mangement
decision-making.
Job
Requirements
Diploma
or Degree in Business Management, Accounting or a related
field.
2 - 3 years of relevant working
expereince preferred.
Willingness and ability
to travel to client's offices for meetings and documents collection
when required.
Strong communication,
interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Micrsoft Office applications - Excel or
PPT.
