Job descriptionPartner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and project timelines. Manage end-to-end recruitment for project-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and project positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders. Prepare and submit work pass applications for selected candidates. Track recruitment progress, maintain accurate hiring records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Lead or support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives. Drive bulk or project-specific hiring campaigns to meet staffing requirements. Minimum a Diploma in HR, Business or related discipline. At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or project-based industries. Strong knowledge of local recruitment practices and regulatory requirements.
