Roles & Responsibilities

The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology and become future leaders of the industry.

The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each, for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses : (1) Garena and (2) Shopee & Monee.

• Note :
• You may apply for both core business tracks : (1) Garena and (2) Shopee & Monee, under the Sea Global MAP. If you do so, you will be considered and assessed for both tracks concurrently , but will eventually select 1 track to move forward with during the later stages of the interview process.
• You may apply for 1 other role at Shopee & Monee alongside your SEA Global MAP application.
• You may apply for the 2026 Finance Management Associate (FMA) Program alongside your 2026 SEA Global MAP (Shopee & Monee Track) application. If you do so, kindly note that you can only be considered for 1 role at a time across both programs.
