Roles & Responsibilities

The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology and become future leaders of the industry.

The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each, for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses : (1) Garena and (2) Shopee & Monee.

• Note :
• You may apply for both core business tracks : (1) Garena and (2) Shopee & Monee, under the Sea Global MAP. If you do so, you will be considered and assessed for both tracks concurrently, but will eventually select 1 track to move forward with during the later stages of the interview process.
• You may apply for the 2026 Finance Management Associate (FMA) Program alongside your 2026 SEA Global MAP application. If you do so, kindly note that you can only be considered for 1 role at a time across both programs.
• Candidates who wish to be based in China should apply to our China job postings, and the recruitment timeline for those positions may differ.
