JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to oversee day-to-day activities across departments and ensure the smooth running of our business operations. The candidate with basic understanding of logistics, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and be willing to travel occasionally as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations and ensure business processes run efficiently.
- Coordinate between departments to align goals and improve performance.
- Supervise and support staff, encouraging a positive and productive work environment.
- Contribute to logistics planning, supplier coordination, and inventory management
- Assist in budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning with senior management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and occasional travel-related duties.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.Few years of experience in operations, logistics, or a managerial role (preferred but can be adjusted)Strong understanding of business operations and supply chain fundamentals.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to make decisions under pressure and lead teams effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office and basic business software toolsWillingness to travel occasionally as part of the role.Tell employers what skills you have
