Job Description :
We are a food manufacturing company certified under ISO 22000 , looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Executive to oversee and maintain our food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
– Maintain and manage the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System
– Conduct routine internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments
– Monitor hygiene practices across production, packing, and storage areas
– Ensure SOPs, checklists, and records are properly maintained and updated
– Handle non-conformance reports and follow up with corrective actions
– Support external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g. SFA)
– Verify calibration of measuring tools and cleanliness of equipment
– Conduct staff training on food hygiene, safety, and QA protocols
– Assist in traceability, product recalls, and quality verification
– Ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards
Requirements :
– Minimum 1 years of QA / QC experience in the food manufacturing industry
– Familiar with ISO 22000 , HACCP, GMP, and SFA regulations
– Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and documentation processes
– Good communication skills and ability to work independently
– Proficient in MS Office and QA documentation
– Singaporeans or PRs only
Additional Info :
– 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
– Salary range : $3,800 to $4,000 / month
