Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Welcoming and attending to customers with a positive and friendly attitude when they arrive for their scheduled appointments
- Managing the appointment booking and room reservations, cashiering and accurate posting of charges to point of sales systems
- Answering phone calls and maintaining tidiness of the reception area as well as any other administrative duties which the Company may assign from time to time
