Service Delivery Manager – Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our client’s technology team. The role requires a strong background in network technologies and IT infrastructure , with proven ability to deliver large-scale projects and ensure high service availability in a demanding banking environment.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with excellent stakeholder management, strong accountability, and flexibility to handle critical operations including weekend support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end infrastructure service delivery , ensuring compliance with SLAs and internal governance standards.
- Manage network refresh initiatives, office relocations, and data center projects across APAC.
- Drive incident, change, and capacity management processes, ensuring smooth BAU operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve escalations and deliver solutions.
- Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and accountability in project execution and service continuity.
- Prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and service optimization .
- Lead governance meetings, track metrics, and ensure continuous compliance with bank and regulatory standards.
Requirements
10+ years of IT Infrastructure / Service Delivery experience with a strong background in network technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, NAC, SD-WAN).Proven experience in delivering network refresh, office relocations, and data center projects .Strong understanding of ITIL service management processes.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial training.Excellent communication, articulation, and flexibility in managing stakeholders and handling escalations.Experience working in banking or regulated environments preferred.Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNP / CCIE or equivalent will be an advantage.Contract Terms
