Roles & Responsibilities
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Report directly to Branch Manager
- To achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
- To assist the Branch Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg : staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc.
- To assist the Branch Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively
- To provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- To discuss and plan for therapists on the recommended treatments for customers
- To motivate staff in building teamwork and create a good working environment
- To create teamwork among colleagues & good communication
- To ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good and conductive condition
- To assist in making cold-calls to customer
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company
Requirements :
Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales recordIndependent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiativeHighly motivated, sales driven and service orientedGood interpersonal skills and communication qualitiesTeam player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilitiesWilling to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)Passionate about the beauty and service industryAttractive package will be offered (including basic salary, commission and incentives)Tell employers what skills you have
