Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform general administration work, data entry and filing.
- Assist to prepare quotations for clients.
- Manage day-to-day function of accounting activities. Ie. Issuing of invoices and monitor payment collections and owings.
- Manage and updating of accounts.
- Good computer skills (especially MS Words and Excel).
- Able to work independently.
- Scheduling of work.
- Any other duties assigned.
- Mondays to Fridays.
- Flexible work arrangement.
