Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Manpower Coordination
- Liaise with project engineers to plan, update, and coordinate manpower deployment.
- Manage workers’ schedules, attendance, and work hours to ensure adequate staffing levels and compliance with site requirements.
- Prepare and update daily manpower loading reports with actual deployment.
- Coordinate and communicate promptly with project teams on schedule changes and manpower adjustments.
Overtime & HR Support
Support HR in tracking, verifying, and consolidating overtime records.Assist with manpower-related administrative tasks such as attendance, leave, and related documentation.Ensure accuracy and timely submission of manpower and overtime reports.Safety & Compliance
Schedule and monitor Safety Induction Courses (SIC) for workers.Manage site entry passes, work permits, and other compliance requirements.Administrative & Logistics Support
Assist project managers with documentation, procurement, and internal communications.Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and daily necessities for on-site workers.Work closely with drivers for vehicle scheduling, repair, and maintenance matters.Handle general administrative duties and office maintenance needs.Reporting & Record Management
Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and other operational metrics.Prepare and submit Daily / Weekly / Monthly manpower and operational reports.Attend monthly tools and equipment audits and reconcile audit reports.Work Pass Management
Handle renewals, cancellations, and data entry of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes.Ensure all workers are legally authorized to work and records are properly maintained.Other Duties
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.Requirements
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; meticulous and detail-oriented.Task-oriented, disciplined, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Prior experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.Work Details
