Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : up to $3200

Duration : 8 months

Working Days & Hours : Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location : Tuas (islandwide pickup)

Job Description :

• Quotation Support : Assist in the preparation and generation of quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Project Tracking : Compile, monitor, and update the status of new projects to support internal coordination and client communication.
• Customer Engagement : Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing relevant information and resolving issues where possible.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks : Handle various administrative duties as needed, including documentation, scheduling, and cross-departmental support.

Job Requirements : Min Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience
