Ductwork Sales Manager (Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutical)
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve goals in healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals.
- Business Development & Growth : Identify and pursue new opportunities, leveraging industry insights and connections.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Market Research & Insights : Conduct research to track trends, adjust strategies, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations : Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure new business.
- Team Leadership & Training : Mentor junior staff, providing guidance to help them meet their sales goals.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate potential sales risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, finance, and operations for seamless project execution.
Qualifications
