Job Description

We are looking for a digitally savvy Finance Manager to support and oversee core finance operations. The ideal candidate brings solid financial expertise, is familiar with digital tools like Power BI, and has a working understanding of how technology—including AI—can enhance financial reporting and decision-making. This role focuses on budgeting, reporting, compliance, and supporting the consolidation and analysis of financial data.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare monthly financial reports and management dashboards using tools such as Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Coordinate the annual budgeting process and assist in revenue and cost forecasting, using modern Excel models and AI-supported tools where applicable.
• Statutory Compliance & Audit Support : Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements. Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
• Data Consolidation & Financial Oversight : Assist in consolidating financial data across business units, including overseas entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group policies.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through automation, digitisation, and workflow optimisation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to gather data and provide financial insights that support operational and strategic goals.
