Digital Product Manager

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of product management experience, including digital and enterprise solutions. Proven success managing product lifecycle from 0-to-1 development to scale. Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Google Analytics, and A / B testing tools. Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be comfortable liaising in business-level Chinese with stakeholders based in Taiwan and Mainland China. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead product development from ideation to launch and beyond for digital platforms (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, enterprise software).
- Translate user insights and market trends into actionable product roadmaps and detailed requirements (PRDs).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX / UI, marketing, sales) using Agile methodologies.
- Drive A / B testing and data analytics to continuously improve product performance and user engagement.
- Partner with UX designers to build intuitive, high-impact features and interfaces.
- Prioritize backlogs and manage sprint planning in collaboration with technical teams.
- Support go-to-market planning and ensure alignment across all departments.
- Monitor KPIs and leverage data (SQL, GA, dashboards) to inform product enhancements and strategic pivots.
