Country Manager (Singapore)

Job Responsibilities :

Operations : Manage and lead a team of Team Leaders & Planners in the entire management of game / product life cycle with responsibility in game budget and Profit & Loss

Product Management : Ensure and maintain strong link and development of game communities with continuous initiatives

Business Development : Understand and take lead in game research and market analysis relating to target marketing plan & implementation of effective strategies accordingly

People Management : Drive internal and external stakeholders in the entire game launch and management cycle

Entrepreneurship : Research, identify and drive organization towards new areas in this field

Job Requirements :

Minimum 3years of relevant working experience in similar capacity / leadership role

Well versed / passionate with gaming / gaming industry

Self-driven, independent, result orientated analytical combined with adaptability and initiatives

Strong business acumen with a results-driven and analytical mindset.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Background in Business, Marketing or IT related field.
