Roles & Responsibilities
Full responsibility for all aspects of sales operations, as well as general corporate management and reporting to the Owner.
1. Profitability and Budget Control
– Oversee financial performance and cost control measures.
– Attend monthly budget meetings with the Owner and submit comprehensive reports.
2. Sales Supervision and Key Client Management
– Lead the company’s sales operations and strategy.
– Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.
3. Factory Operation Guidance
– Provide oversight and direction to food processing plant operations.
– Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
– Prepare and explain monthly operational reports to the Chairman and CEO in Japan.
– Participate in weekly ATOM Group overseas business meetings and provide detailed updates on sales and operational progress, including written reporting and verbal explanation.
4. Reporting and Communication with Ownership
– Regularly report business updates to the Owner in both Japanese and English.
– Ensure transparency in decision-making and issue resolution.
5. Organization Management and Talent Acquisition
– Manage team structure and staffing plans.
– Lead recruitment and training initiatives for both local and expatriate staff.
6. Strategic Planning and Execution
– Develop mid- to long-term business strategies aligned with company goals.
– Monitor implementation progress and adjust as necessary.
7. Meat Raw Material Procurement and Supplier Negotiation
– Negotiate procurement terms for U.S. and Japanese Wagyu and other meat products.
– Coordinate with international suppliers and manage importation processes.
8. Sales Management Based on Experience
– Oversee and manage sales budgets, client accounts, and payment collection.
– Analyze each item with supporting rationale and propose future strategies for execution.
Requirements & Skills
– Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
– Fluent in Japanese with the ability to produce grammatically correct and professionally formatted written reports.
Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or higher.
–10 years of managerial and international business experience.
– Proven track record in Southeast Asian leadership roles.
– Experience in food processing, manufacturing, and cross-cultural team management.
– Business-level proficiency in English.
