Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the call center team.
• Monitor agent performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular coaching sessions.
• Ensure team meets or exceeds KPIs such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.
• Assist in training new team members and updating SOPs.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and process efficiency.
