Job Summary :

• Strong technical skills, able to review design details, method statements and use sound judgment to resolve site issues during the course of construction works;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work as a team player;
• Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and / or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project;
• Monitor contractors’ schedules, day works, site progress, etc
• Check shop and construction drawings, samples, etc. submitted by contractors and their sub-contractors / suppliers / vendors and to report any discrepancies between these and the project drawings and specifications;
