Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the daily operations of HR activities in areas of Training and Development, Employee Wellness Programme, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Staff Communication, HR reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Assist and support the design, development, and delivery of Training and Development initiatives including coaching and mentorship programme and Learning Management System.
- Gather data and feedback to help enhance Training and Development effectiveness and engagement.
- Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle leave administration, insurance matters and employee claims.
- Coordinate annual health checks, and executive health screenings and wellness programmes.
- Assist in employee well-being and engagement initiatives including related grant matters and HR awards submissions.
- Assist in conducting employee engagement and workplace health surveys, data analysis and implement initiatives to enhance employees' engagement levels and well-being.
- Prepare quarterly HR reports and other HR-related documentation as required.
- Keep updated and abreast of changes in statutory requirements, employment acts and TAFEP guidelines.
- Champion workplace learning and wellness
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our training programmes are innovative and compliant
- Any other ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements :
Preferably Degree in English Literature or Human Resource Management or equivalent.College degree may be waived if equivalent, extensive related experience can be demonstrated.At least 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experienceExperience in power plant or energy related industry will be an advantageGood command of English.Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Words and PowerPoint.Proactive, responsible, positive attitude, resourceful, and independent.Attention to detail.Willing to take up new challenges.Able to handle stress and willing to meet urgent task with extra effort as assigned.Others :
