Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate bunker deliveries to vessels efficiently.
• Monitor bunker operations, ensuring timely execution and compliance with industry standards.
• Communicate with suppliers, ship agents, and port authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
• Prepare and review operational documents such as delivery notes, contracts, and invoices.
• Address and resolve operational issues, delays, or disputes related to bunker deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Maintain and update operational records and reports for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to support business operations.
• Stay updated on market trends, fuel quality standards, and port regulations.
