Requirements :
1. Bachelor's / Master in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
2. 8 year in operations, preferable in consulting / professional services.
3. Proven track record in process improvement and team leadership.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
6. Profeciency in project management tools (e.g. Ms Project, Asana, Trello).
7. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
