What You'll

Do

Manage the full

recruitment cycle : posting, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding

Source candidates through multiple

channels (databases, online platforms, social media)

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients

and candidates

Understand clients' unique

hiring needs and design bespoke staffing solutions

Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates'

qualifications against job requirements

Support clients with new hire documentation and

onboarding

Stay updated on Singapore's

employment laws and

regulations

What

We're Looking For

CEI (Certificate of Employment

Intermediaries) certification - must-have

• Legally eligible to work in Singapore
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience

Bilingual in English and

Mandarin (written & spoken) to liaise with

Mandarin-speaking clients

Strong communication

and relationship-building skills

Client-service mindset : professional, detail-oriented,

and results-driven

Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment and deliver

solutions under

deadlines
