Roles and Responsibilities
Accounts
- Responsible for full financial accounting, including payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions, GL, fixed assets
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors and sending out invoices to Clients
- Record payment / cheque received and update accounts Receivable Ledger
- Monitor / send SOA or reminder letters for outstanding AR Aging
- Processing of staff claim
- Perform month-end schedule, year-end schedule and balance sheet schedule
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation and quarterly GST reconciliation.
- Support in management reporting (budget / forecast), preparing of cashflow forecast and payment schedule
- Maintain good documentation and filing system
- Liaising with all internal departments and external stakeholders including bankers, vendor and customers
Administration
Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders, duties do not limit to business travel, meeting arrangement and other office administration dutiesManage office administration such as purchasing of admin related equipment and supplies.Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.Desired Skills and Competencies
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and / or administration.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, SAP) is an advantage.Good knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Able to work independently as well as in a team.This position is based in Singapore.
