Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Manage all food and Beverage and daily operations within budget
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design menus
• Purchase and control of inventory, keep a meticulous record of income and expenses.
• Identify customers need and respond to all of their concern
• Recruitment and training of staff
• Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
• Responsible for the daily operations of the outlet
• Regularly audit the compliance of the SOPs
• Maintain good hygiene and proper food handling
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness & safety
